ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the support of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and the participation of the Astana Public Service Hub, is holding an international scientific and practical conference: “Open government and a new management culture: hear, understand, act”.

The purpose of the conference: discussion of current issues of public administration and development of practical recommendations.

 

 

 

 

 

The conference is devoted to the theoretical and practical aspects of the modernization of the public administration system, the formation of a service state apparatus, a new political culture, the ideology of partnership and mutual responsibility of citizens, non-governmental organizations, the business community and the state.


KEY THEMES

Issues for discussion:

  • International and domestic practice of implementing the “Open Government”;
  • a strategy for the formation of a “hearing state” in Kazakhstan;
  • Aspects of the formation of the model of the “Digital State” and Invisible Government;
  • Debureaucratization mechanisms, artificial intelligence and the human factor in the provision of public services.
  • Discussion of cybersecurity issues, ways to prevent threats in the defense of national interests

  • The image of a civil servant;
  • Professional and personal development of civil servants;
  • The use of strategic HR management in public administration;
